These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Original Beachwear Co.'s website and manufacturing services. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
The Original Beachwear Co. provides private label contract manufacturing of beachwear and activewear, including product development, sampling, production and worldwide shipping. Project scope, pricing and timelines are confirmed per quotation and purchase order.
2. Orders & Minimums
Minimum order quantities start at 300 pieces per style. Orders require an approved sample and a signed purchase order. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
3. Intellectual Property
Client designs, tech packs and trademarks remain the property of the client. The Original Beachwear Co. will not reproduce or distribute client designs without written consent.
4. Lead Times
Sampling typically takes 2 to 4 weeks and bulk production 45 to 75 days. Lead times are estimates and may vary with complexity, volume and logistics.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of products defective due to manufacturing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
